Getting There
From Dalaman Airport the current prices are £55.00 each way for a car and for large parties a minibus costs £70.00 each way and transfer time is approx 1.5 hours. It is also possible to fly from the UK to Antalya and transfer time is around 3 hours. From Antalya by car is £90 each way and by minibus is £130.00 each way.
There are many tour operators flying into Dalaman and Antalya from all major UK and European airports and it pays to shop around. Most international airlines have regular flights from all major cities of the world to Turkey's international airports. If you wish to spend time in another part of Turkey there are also internal domestic flights.
There are several car ferries for visitors who wish to take their cars while sightseeing: Venice, Ancona, Brindisi, Bari, Istanbul, Izmir, Cesme, Kusadasi, Marmaris, Antalya.
Turkish Visa – for British passport holders there is a £10 visa fee which is payable on arrival at Dalaman. Upon arrival you should go first to the visa section then passport control. The fee should be paid in sterling in cash to avoid unnecessary delays at arrivals. Other passport holders should check with the Turkish Embassy - click here.
If you prefer to drive to Kalkan we can arrange for a car to be waiting for you at the Airport or once in Kalkan there are plenty of agencies around and you can hire a car for a day or longer.
